Dr. Myers earned her bachelor’s and doctoral degrees at Carnegie Mellon University.

Education:

D.A. (Doctor of Arts), Carnegie Mellon University
Doctoral thesis: Written Communication at the Managerial and Professional/Technical Levels: a Case Study.
This was an empirical research project conducted with the cooperation of a Fortune-100 company and used classical and contemporary rhetorical theories to study professional and business managerial communication in a Fortune-100 firm.

Dr. Mildred Myers  is the author of two books published by the American Bankers Association:

  • Older Bank Customers: An Expanding Market
